What wigs can be returned?

Free Return for eligible wigs only (Non-Altered Wig: No lace cutting (for orders without lace cutting service), no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye). Contact service@myfirstwig.com within 15 days once receiving package from us. Our customer service would process your return request within 48 hours.

How to return the wig?

Only the Non-Altered wig can be returned, and CSR need to check whether the wig is complete. To help you return the wig, please email us service@sale.myfirstwig.com and follow CSR's guide, or we are not responsible for any loss!

Attention please:

Tracking number for the returned package needs to be provided within 7 days from the day CSR give the return address. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange/return is necessary.

*For those self-return or self-exchange, our customer service have a right to refuse.
